Pumpkin Tart - Cake Recipes
This delicious pumpkin tart has a cream cheese layer on the bottom that contains sweet golden raisins. On top is a layer of spiced pumpkin mix. This recipe is made lower in fat by the use of reduced-fat cream cheese and fat-free evaporated milk. You can also use a sugar substitute instead of regular sugar to try to reduce some of the calories.

羅宋湯、義大利肉醬麵
【羅宋湯】
主料 / 牛肋條肉 600g、牛大骨 5- 6塊、高麗菜 500g、洋蔥 半個、西芹 1支、馬鈴薯 1個、胡蘿蔔 1小支、去皮的蕃茄 2個、罐頭番茄 3—4粒
煮牛肉料 / 薑 3片、月桂葉 2片、八角 1粒、蔥 2支、酒 2大匙
調味料 / 蕃茄糊 2大匙、義大利綜合香料 1茶匙、鹽 適量、胡椒粉 適量
做法:
1、鍋中入水,牛肉、牛大骨,和煮牛肉料燉煮。
2、夾出牛肉,切成小厚片,放回湯中續滾。
3、洋蔥切粗絲;蕃茄切塊;高麗菜切塊;胡蘿蔔切塊;西芹切短條;馬鈴薯切塊,備用。
4、備油鍋,依序炒洋蔥、高麗菜、蕃茄,待蔬菜料已軟,加入蕃茄糊,以及牛肉高湯、西芹段、馬鈴薯、胡蘿蔔,以及罐頭蕃茄。
5、煮至牛肉和蔬菜軟爛時,入義大利香料調味即可。
【義大利肉醬麵】
材料 /絞肉 300g、義大利麵 200g、蒜末 1大匙、洋蔥末 1/2杯、洋菇 10粒、胡蘿蔔末 1/3杯、芹菜末 1/3杯、罐頭蕃茄 5個、月桂葉 2片、義大利香料 1/2大匙、橄欖油 4大匙
調味料 / 酒 3大匙、蕃茄糊 2大匙、糖 1/2茶匙、鹽 1茶匙、胡椒粉 1/4茶匙、起司粉 2大匙
做法:
1、洋菇切片,備用。
2、炒香洋蔥末和蒜末,入絞肉炒至熟,加入蕃茄糊、罐頭蕃茄、洋菇片,入鹽、酒、糖、月桂葉調味之後,再放入胡蘿蔔續滾。
3、注入高湯或水,將蔬菜煮軟。
4、將義大利麵條煮熟,瀝乾水分,即可盛盤,再淋上肉醬,灑上起司粉即可。

李家涼麵
【材料】:生涼麵1斤、小黃瓜2條、芝麻醬1瓶、大蒜5粒、醋2匙、醬油2匙、麻油2匙、辣油1匙、糖1匙、鹽1/2匙
【做法】:
1、小黃瓜切斜片後,切絲備用。
2、麵條放入滾水中,再加入一碗冷水,蓋上鍋蓋煮熟。
3、把煮熟的麵條加入麻油,拌勻吹涼。
4、芝麻醬加入水調稀後,再加入鹽備用。
5、大蒜切末後,加入鹽、水,即完成大蒜水。
6、醬油倒入開水拌勻,糖加入水拌勻,醋加入水,烏醋加水後備用。
7、把靜置過後的芝麻醬加入香油、水拌勻,即完成芝麻醬汁。
8、把涼麵淋上芝麻醬、糖水、蒜水、醬油、白醋、烏醋、辣油,擺上小黃瓜即可。
9、【皮蛋醬】做法:皮蛋放入調理機中,加入醬油膏、水、香油後攪拌均勻,即完成皮蛋醬汁。

祖傳酢醬麵
【材料】:麵條2斤、絞肉1斤、洋蔥1個、蛋5個、豆芽1斤、菠菜1斤、大蒜8粒、甜麵醬2大匙、醬油1大匙、糖1大匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、乾鍋燒熱後把絞肉放入乾炒,炒熟後備用。
2、小黃瓜去頭尾後,斜刀切片再切絲備用。
3、另起一鍋加少許油,先把洋蔥放入炒香後再加入剛炒熟的絞肉,接著放入甜麵醬下去拌炒均勻,再把鹽、糖、醬油放入轉小火等湯汁慢慢收乾後即可盛盤。
4、蛋加入鹽後打散,放入鍋中炒成蛋絲後起鍋備用。
5、另起一鍋放入少許油,再將豆芽菜放入鍋中,再加鹽和水調味拌炒後起鍋備用。
6、起鍋熱油後放入蝦仁、紹興酒炒勻,接著再把韭黃放入鍋中拌勻;再加鹽調味即可起鍋備用。
7、蒜頭剁碎加入鹽和開水即為大蒜水後備用。
8、起一鍋滾水,把麵放入鍋中煮熟後,再把麵放入冷水中稍稍浸泡。
9、準備一個盤子,依序放入麵條、豆芽菜、蛋絲、小黃瓜、韭黃蝦仁、最後再淋上酢醬以及大蒜水;撒上香菜即完成這道好吃的『祖傳酢醬麵』。
